Stage1st Tailor: A Helpful Reading Assistant for Stage1st Users
Stage1st Tailor is a Chrome add-on developed by phil that aims to enhance the reading experience for users of the Stage1st forum. This free tool offers several useful features to make browsing through Stage1st posts more convenient.
One of the key features of Stage1st Tailor is its ability to remember the reading position of each post. This allows users to easily continue reading from where they left off, as long as they access the post through the "history" link. Additionally, the add-on provides the option to hide unwanted posts in the post list. Simply clicking on the "hide" checkbox will hide the post from view. Furthermore, users can highlight posts that they are not interested in by clicking on the "dim" checkbox.
However, there are some known issues with Stage1st Tailor. After hiding posts, users are unable to view a list of the hidden posts. When navigating to the next page in the post list, the newly loaded posts do not have the hide, dim, or history buttons. Also, once a post is highlighted, the dim option cannot be deselected. Moreover, the dim button may incorrectly display as if the post is not highlighted.
In future updates, the developer plans to implement features such as backing up post progress, hidden and highlighted post states, and improving the user interface. Overall, Stage1st Tailor is a useful tool for Stage1st users, providing them with enhanced reading capabilities and customization options.
